This traditional blend of spices contains Coriander, Cinnamon, Cassia, Ginger, Caraway, Nutmeg and Cloves. The flavour is warm and spicy and the combination of spices gives off a wonderful aroma. The blend is used in the baking of rich fruit cakes and puddings.
