Dr Oetker Cream of Tartar is a natural raising agent for use in scones, drop scones, soda bread and a wide range of other recipes. Remember to always use quantities of Cream of Tartar as shown in your recipe.

It can also be used to make a simple Baking Powder by using one part Bicarbonate of Soda to 2 parts Cream of Tartar.
