Dr Oetker's Ready to Roll Icing is made to a special, premium quality, original Regalice recipe. This White Ready to Roll Icing sets firmly on your cake and cuts cleanly and easily. It is perfect for a smooth finish and can be used on fruit cakes, sponge cakes, fairy cakes and cookies. It can also be coloured and moulded to create fun sugar decorations.

A great way to top fairy cakes is to delicately colour some Ready to Roll Icing, roll out to approximately a 5mm thickness, then cut out in fun shapes using cookie cutters.
