Bart Cajun Spice Blend is a spicy seasoning for all meats for Southern USA inspired cooking. The blend contains paprika, basil, fennel, garlic, onion, black pepper, chilli powder, cumin and mustard.

The blend can be used as a dry rub on meat, chicken and fish, mixed with olive oil to create a marinade or simply sprinkled into dishes to add spicy flavour. Bart Cajun Blend gives a spicy and peppery flavour without being too overpowering or hot. Add to tomatoes and onion to make a delicious salsa.
